Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Locs n’ What knot !! - A $30 deposit is required to secure all appointments. When booking multiple services, you will be asked to pay multiple deposits. This does go towards your service. Services totaling $250 and higher will have a deposit of $50. - Exact location for appointment is provided in confirmation email. An estimate of the area is provided on the home site. - Strict NO REFUNDS policy. Clients are able to reschedule an appointment ONE time , within the same week of original appointment , without having to pay a second deposit. If you need to reschedule more than a week from your original appointment date , you WILL be charged another $25 deposit. If the stylist needs to reschedule they are given the same option. If a situation arises and the stylist cancels , your deposit will be returned within 5-7 business days. - Strict NO CALL/NO SHOW Policy. I do provide a 20 minute grace period, after 25 minutes it is to the stylist discretion to charge your appointment a $25 late or to cancel. After 30 minutes the appointment and you will be charged 50% of your appointment total. You will NOT be able to book again , unless you have been cleared. If I am unable to charge your card, you will NOT be able to book again and placed on the block list. - Kids and extra people are NOT allowed in the salon unless being serviced. Parents please send an email inquiry regarding bringing your child/ren during a service. - Coloring services require a consultation in person or video call. Lift/toning services are separate from individual color options. If you did not book a consultation prior, your appointment will be cancelled and a consultation will be added in its place. If able to be serviced that day, $10 will be taken off total. - If you have booked a house call, please fill out the booking form in its ENTIRETY. this is to avoid any miscommunication. - Squeeze ins will be charged an additional $50. This applies to after hour appointments as well. - Please be mindful of other clients, refrain from wearing heavy colognes or perfumes to prevent allergic reactions. - HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON 😊 - … any specials/discounts are valid unless said otherwise
